Model 1010 Ion Mill

Fischione Instruments is phasing out support for the Model 1010 Ion Mill. The available support options differ depending upon serial number. Please see the section that applies to your Ion Mill's serial number:

• Serial numbers 001 to 101
• Serial numbers 102 and higher

Serial numbers 001 to 101

Fischione Instruments discontinued support for the Model 1010 Ion Mill on November 26, 2002. We will continue to offer onsite and factory labor support. Replacement parts will be provided for as long as parts are available.

Serial numbers 102 and higher

Fischione Instruments discontinued support for the Model 1010 Ion Mill on December 30, 2015. We will continue to offer replacement parts for as long as parts are available. If parts are no longer available, we will continue to support your system, but in doing so, we may require you to significantly modify and/or upgrade your system.

We will discontinue support per the following schedule:

*Fischione Instruments will continue to supply proprietary replacement parts after this date; OEM-supplied parts will be supported contingent upon availability.
